Monsoon Accessorize
Monsoon have been a customer of OfficeTeam for approximately 5 years. Our initial contract was for the supply of corporate stationery printing & commercial stationery to the Head offices located in West London. After a successful period supplying the head office, OfficeTeam were invited to tender for the supply of printing & commercial stationery for all 400 UK and Ireland stores in addition to the Head Office requirements. A 2 year contract was awarded to OfficeTeam following a successful tender submission.
"In addition to providing our own printing and storage solution (all within our regional UK distribution centres) the tender requested we provide stock management for additional lines printed by Monsoon Accessorize suppliers of choice.
By offering a central storage and distribution solution Monsoon Accessorize no longer had to hold stock at multiple sites across the UK with multiple suppliers.
This ensures stock movement, stock levels and usage patterns are monitored centrally by one supplier and continuity of supply is maintained throughout the store network.
In addition to the main supply contract OfficeTeam provided a Print fulfilment solution for all 400 stores. Business critical communications of the company’s best selling items, out of stock lines, staff vacancies and store directory were needed in store on a weekly basis but were too large to send by till message. Officeteam now print, bind and distribute the information within 48 hours guaranteed direct to each store, eliminating the need for this to be handled internally by Monsoon Accessorize administration staff."
