Module	Functions	Benefits
	Catalogue This provides users with a customised view of suppliers, products and pricing. Simply enter keywords, product names, applications, part or catalogue numbers and click to search across all of your suppliers’ products simultaneously.	It is fast and easy to locate products using our “natural language” finding engine and places everything in one area.
	Requistions Products selected in the Catalogue can be added to a purchase requisition, which is pre-populated from a user’s unique profile and automatically recognises information such as authority level and preferred delivery address.	Order control and tracking to build secure workflows mapped to your business processes with full order history and audit trails, creating controlled purchasing.
	Reporting Our solution makes your spend information highly accessible; simply access the module through eProTeam, select the reporting criteria you are interested in (e.g. spend by product category) and the report is displayed on your screen - the information you want, when you want it.	The Reports module breaks down the barriers to effective spend analysis.
	Request for Quotation Users with appropriate authority can generate requests for orders of items that are either on or off catalogue and then select favourable responses directly into their purchase requisition (with full electronic tracking between the quotation and the requisition).	The Request for Quotation module allows you to request, collate and manage all your prices for off and on catalogue products and supports “Value for Money” purchasing.
	Invoice Management Our electronic invoicing solution provides universal coverage. It enables all your suppliers – no matter how large or small – to send invoices electronically. Receive invoices, pre-matched against the relevant approved purchase order directly into your accounts payable system.	With no manual entry and no scanning of invoices required our invoices module reduces the administrative overhead in the accounts function.
	Stock Management Many organisations have central or departmental store facilities to ensure availability of fast-moving consumables. This module enables the efficient management of on-site stores with automated re-ordering at pre-configured stock levels.	This will enable your organisation to easily manage the day-to-day running of internal stores and ensures full control through eProTeam.
	Configurable Products Users simply adjust the required fields and the information punches straight into your suppliers order system, whilst the transactional data is maintained in the system for spend management and reporting.	eProTeam can manage any configurable products, such as business cards, computer systems and so much more.
	Finance Integration This uses established XML standards to provide real time exchange of purchasing data between eProTeam and your finance system.	Order control and tracking to build secure workflows mapped to your business processes with full order history and audit trails.
