How does the search work?

The solution uses sophisticated search and navigation to guide users to the products they want. Users can type in any keyword, catalogue or part number,
etc and the intelligent search will use a cascade of algorithms to first look for exact matches then partial matches if no exact match is found.
The solution also includes the ability to refine search results by key attribute; for example, the weight of A4 paper or the colour of a toner cartridge.

What if I want to add a new supplier?

You simply give us their details and we will get in touch with them and get their catalogue loaded for you to access.

What if the supplier is an SME and can’t provide electronic data?

We are able to create a high quality electronic catalogue on their behalf.

What if I want to integrate your solution with my back office system?

This is possible through our standard integration offering.

What if I want to punchout to your solution for catalogues but use my own e-procurement solution?

This is straightforward to set up through our standard punchout interface.

What if I want to access additional functionality?

We have a range of optional modules that you can plug into your solution to extend your e-procurement capability as you require.

How can I be sure all the product information will be up to date?

It is part of our commitment to make sure all price information is accurate.

Am I able to monitor price changes?

Yes, you can specify that you want to approve all changes before they go live.

Does the solution allow me to identify preferred suppliers?

Yes. These can be flagged at category and product level as well.

Can I raise a purchase requisition which includes products from more than one supplier?

Yes. Once the requisition has been approved it will be split up into individual purchase orders for each supplier.

What capability is there for me to compare products? Can I do this across multiple suppliers?

Products can easily be compared side by side on a single screen. This can be done for single as well as across multiple suppliers.
