Collections will be triggered by a request for new recycling sacks. When your sacks have been filled and you put an order on for more recycling sacks, our OfficeTeam drivers will ensure that when they deliver your goods, your full, sealed recycling sacks will be collected.
To help save carbon emissions, we advise customers to place orders for new sacks at the same time as placing their usual office supplies order.

Collections will only be made when we deliver to you. This ensures that we maximise our OfficeTeam vehicle miles and do not create any unnecessary journeys, minimising our CO2 emissions.
Sorting your paper according to the instructions opposite will guarantee that all your paper will be recycled and there will be no chance of contaminated sacks going to landfill.
Our OfficeTeam drivers have been instructed to decline any sacks that are not full or have inappropriate waste in them.
Our OfficeTeam drivers will then return the sacks to the local units/depots, where they will be placed in containers and collected by our paper supplier for recycling when they next make a delivery to our units.)
